How much is delivery?
Our delivery fee is a flat rate of $5.99 regardless of the amount of food ordered or the delivery address in Richmond.
What about tips?
Our delivery drivers work hard to ensure that your meal is delivered to you promptly, warmly and professionally. As with all food service wait staff, they rely on tips as their major source of income. Unlike restaurant wait staff, they do not serve multiple tables. They dedicate themselves exclusively to your order. A 15-20% gratuity is suggested on all orders. Our partner drivers sincerely appreciate your generous consideration.
When should I place my order?
Orders must be placed at least 1 hour before desired delivery time to allow the restaurants enough time to prepare your food.
Can I place an order for a future time?
YES! We recommend placing an Advanced Order to help ensure your desired delivery time. Advanced Orders can be placed online up to 5 days before desired delivery time. Send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org for more information on how to place an Advance Order.
How many restaurants can I order from at a time?
You may order from only 1 restaurant at a time.
Will my food arrive to me still hot and fresh?
We can not guarantee that your order will be as hot as when it first got ready at the restaurant, as unforseen circumstances may sometimes occur. But the restaurants and our partner drivers will always do their absolute best to get your order to you as soon as possible. We've also taken measures to help keep your food hot. At pick up, your order goes immediately into a specialized thermal insulated catering bag to keep it hot and fresh, and then it is delivered directly to you. This ensures that your order keeps some reshness and hotness!
How do I pay for my order?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express. When ordering for delivery online or on the mobile applications, you pay the totality of your order (including the delivery fee) at checkout. Gratuity isn’t included in that amount. When ordering for pickup, you pay for your order at the restaurant.
What do you do with information you collect from me?
Your privacy is our primary concern and we will never share your information with any outside party or entity. We store only our customers’ personal information for order completion in our secure and protected database. We do not store (nor have access too) your debit/ credit card information. All payments are processed through PayPal's secure payment processor.
The restaurant I want to order from is not listed, what do I do?
Call the restaurant and let them know you'd appreciate it if they used our services!
What else do I need to know?
Restaurants menus and prices are set by the restaurant and are subject to change. Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. Call the restaurant immediately if there was an error in your order. Call 765-939-7311 to reach Old Richmond Taxi (our delivery partner) for all questions regarding the status of your delivery order. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.
